Arati Shah, D.D.S.
Dr. Arati Shah was raised in Chesapeake, VA, completed her undergraduate college degree at the University of Virginia and graduated from NYUCD in 2005 with honors. She and Dr. M. Shah got married shortly after dental school.
She has also worked in upstate New York and in California in a small private practice, and Dr. M shah and Dr. A Shah moved to Southern Jersey in early 2008 to settle down and start a family.
Ankur Desai, D.D.S.
Dr Ankur Desai was raised in Westchester, NY, completed his undergraduate college degree at SUNY Binghamton, and graduated from NYUCD in 2004.
Upon graduation, he furthered his education with a General Practice residency at Westchester Medical Center, in Valhalla, NY.
As a Level 1 trauma center, at WMC, Dr. Desai was exposed to emergencies and major trauma patients. He then worked in Manhattan after his residency in a busy, multi-specialty practice for some time before he and his wife moved to Southern Jersey.
Mooni Shah, D.D.S.
Dr. Mooni Shah was raised Claremont, CA, completed his undergraduate college degree at the University of Southern California, and graduated from NYUCD in 2005. During his time at NYUCD, Dr. M. Shah was accepted in an honors program during his final year.
He has worked in upstate New York as a Dental Clinical Director and then moved to his home state of California where he worked in a private practice.
Brittny Ray
Growing up, I always wanted a career where I could help people. I chose dental assisting at a very early age and I have to say it was the best decision I ever made. I went to Camden County College and graduated in 2010. Healthy Smiles Family Dentistry is my first job as a Registered Dental Assistant, and I could not have asked for a better start to my career. I have learned so much in my time here and I feel proud to be able to utilize my skills to the fullest. I look forward to a long career at my first job and hope to continue growing my skill set. My time at home is spent with my wonderful boyfriend and my adorable little puppy Duke.

Rebecca Sessa-Faino
I was born in 1974 and spent my early years in Norristown, Pa. with my three brothers. I graduated from Bishop Kenrick Catholic High School in 1993 and attended Montgomery County Community College. I started my career as a registered Nurse’s Aide at Regina Nursing Home before moving to Merchantville New Jersey in 1996. I worked as a full time Nanny for two wonderful girls in Cherry hill, NJ who ended up as beautiful flower girls at my wedding.
I currently live in Deptford, NJ with my husband of 12 years and my 9 year old daughter. I have been working as a front desk receptionist/insurance and treatment coordinator since 1998. I joined the Healthy Smiles Family Dentistry team in 2010 and have enjoyed growing my career with the practice.
When not at work, I spend time with my daughter and enjoy being involved in her extra-curricular activities. As a family, we enjoy camping in the summer and mountains in the winter.3
Michelle Locke
I have been a part of Healthy Smiles Family Dentistry since May 2009 and have worked as a Dental Assistant for over 13 years. I started my career with the United States Air Force in 1998. The military gave me an education in a very exciting field while serving my country and the dental community worldwide. While I consider myself very capable in all aspects of dentistry, I pride myself in providing compassionate patient care.
I am originally a California girl, but have been living in South Jersey for the past 8 years. I have a loving husband and two beautiful daughters; along with 4 fur babies (3 dogs and a cat). I love spending time with my family in my free time and enjoy sports (Go Phillies!!), baking, and listening to different types of music.
